- 辅助引体向上 Assisted Pull-up:助力 40 kg
- 单臂哑铃划船 One-arm Dumbbell Row:17.5 kg
建议后续补充每组重复次数、顶组 RPE/RIR 与节奏,以便计算训练量与质量。
